"Medical Unit Has One Group Serving McKees Rocks Area"
One section of the Medical Detachment, Pennsylvania National guard, of Connellsville, under the command of Lieutenant George A. Farquahar, is stationed in the Miles Bryan High School at McKees Rocks for an indefinite period while the food stricken community moves to rehabilitate itself.
The duties of the section are to take care of the personnel of the First Battalion, 110th Regiment.
In the section are Sergeant Louis Conn, Privates, first-class, George Cole and Harold Gore and Privates Michael Klocek, Francis Martin, Arthur Howard and Wilmuth Corvin.
The guardsmen write that they want some news from home and asked for copies of The Courier. Taken at Camp Hood, Texas.
